Try to stay focus on one of the steps for a minute. Don’t think of anything. Clear your mind. Move to the next step and focus for another two minutes. Continue to increase focus time with each step.
Focusing First Snow

Close your eyes and visualize. You are on a distant unknown planet. Your interstellar ship is broken. Deep breath. There is snow all around. You see falling stars… and as they melt in the atmosphere, so do your thoughts. Start from a blank page. There is light far away, there is hope. Clear all your interfaces. Focus on the far away light!
